{Lets Hear it for the Girls!}

So my sister Breanna is truly amazing! On top of being really good, she always has her camera and saves me when I forget mine. I recently discovered that she has a blog and truth be told all these pics in this post are hers. Some of the pics at her blog are business but others are ones I just love from her "portfolio work"! And, . . . KATELIN my other sister, WOW!!! when did you grow up? Quite the "looker"! Don't all you, (my dedicated readers) wish you were in my family! She recently graduated from High School and I couldn't be more proud! She has always stuck by her morals and remained true to herself. Later this year she will begin college, and I can't wait to see how she likes it. I hope nothing but the best for her except maybe a few hot dates from some cute boys! Love you Katie! Love you Bree! I am proud to be your big sister!

And to some of my other "girls"...Happy Birthday!

{Happy Mother's Day!}

Mom!
Just a note to say that I love you! How grateful am I to you for all the countless prayers and angels you send my way! I am all that I am, and I know all that I know because of the things you have taught me, and the example that you have set! Anastasia, Ereland, and Cardin are so lucky to have a Grandma like you!

Colleen,
How appreciative I am to you (and to Dave too) for raising and teaching you son the things that you have! I feel blessed to be part of your family and to have been able to stay with you and Dave for this period of time! THANK YOU!

For all my other sisters and mothers! We love you!

{Picture Perfect}

Most people who know me know that I have a fettish with dressing up my children as if it were picture day every day! I am not sure when I developed this MONK like attribute, but it makes for really good photos for this very sort of thing! These are just a few of my favorites in the last year! I can't believe how fast time passes when you are busy! The girls and I have been downstairs guests at Dave and Colleen's for 9 months now! Ereland especially has grown up quite a bit! We can't wait to get back with Daddy....and Husband!

{Baby its a BOY!}

"Mom you don't have the baby in your belly anymore! You pushed him out!"
~ Anastasia
That's about right! Cardin Finn Hunsaker is finally here. It is interesting to find out who is praying the hardest, and most of the time I think between my mother and my Grandma Bush, they win hands down. I am sure that when Grandma Bush calls the temple they already know to put our names on the prayer roll. But I APPRECIATE it! Cardin had to be a scheduled birth due to my hectic school testing schedule, and more importantly because David was still living his single bachelor lifestyle in New York. I was dialated to a two for 2 1/2 weeks and then dialated to a three and 80% effaced for a week, two weeks before the original due date of April 30th. Thats when I called David and told him to catch a flight out as soon as he could. He did {what a wonderful guy!} But because mom and grandma were still praying that I would be able to finish my last midterms in physics and organic chemistry (and for the two girls to get over the nasty rota-virus flu) baby Cardin didn't come until his scheduled inducing on April 23rd 2009. I think it is a kinda random thing to ask about the weight and height of the baby. . . what are we comparing here? But anyhow for those interested, he was born 7 lbs. & 14 oz; 21 inches long. For fear that some mothers with far worse delivery experiences would hate me for sharing my delivery stories, lets just say it was "all good" and baby and mom did great!

Grandpa "Smoochie" took the girls out all by himself to the park to take pictures last Sunday afternoon, and how grateful I was to him for taking sometime to spend with his little grand-daughters. I certainly needed the break wrestling three kids all by myself. (I can't wait for David and I to live together again for many reasons, but two extra hands are pretty high up there on the list!) Regardless, here are the fruits of Big Dave's excellent adventure that afternoon!
